WORKSHOPS 2017

August to December 2017 BYS workshops

All our workshops will have a learning component, along with a full 1.5 hour practice. Workshops give you the opportunity to explore an aspect of yoga in greater depth, and take away techniques you can use at home, or next time you are in class. Places are limited. Please sign-up a minimum of 1 week in advance.  All workshops run from 2.30pm to 4.30pm on the day scheduled. $40 per person, per session.

19th Aug MelINTRO TO - Yin
Extend your flexibility and de-stress, or just explore yin style yoga! Long holds and floor-based poses, suitable for all levels.

2nd Sept Lisa YOGA FOR HEALTH - Stress Relief
Techniques for controlling stress and anxiety. Discover tools to prepare for and sit exams with a sense of calm...Ideal for students.

Learn how yoga can help manage back pain, and experience a class designed specifically to ease current back pain.

Two session series. Learn poses that will ease strain, help recovery, and give you an edge.

Come join a gentle practice designed for pregnancy, and take a few ideas home to relieve discomfort.
